About Me
Clinical experience, specialized training, and a human-centered approach
I graduated from the Department of Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and earned my MSc from the Medical School of the same university, specializing in Mental Health Promotion and Prevention of Psychiatric Disorders.
For 16 years I worked at KETHEA (Therapy Center for Dependent Individuals), supporting both individuals with addictions and their families. From 2015, I held Unit Director positions, first at the KETHEA Diavasi Family Support Center and later at the Main Treatment Phase (Therapeutic Community).
I have trained in Group Dynamics, Systemic-Family Therapy, and Addiction Counseling at the University of California, San Diego. I also completed training in "New Therapeutic Techniques" at Amsterdam UMC through an Erasmus+ program.
